OUR BEER - LIKE US
The Idea behind Hills Beer
The idea of Hills came up on a glass of beer while we are waiting between two flights at the airport in Munich. As IT professionals we traveled a lot, we built a great reputation which cost us a lot of hard work. Uncompromising in our commitment to be the best at what we do. At the end of the day we believe that our efforts and success deserve to be worthily rewarded...
What a better prize than the well-chilled, delicious beer? Ice and refreshing beer is an absolute delight on the palate. A beer that will help you to let of the steam and feel refreshed the next day, which again will be full of challenges and deadlines. Right?
We were craving for real beer to suit our taste. We wanted our beer to be like us. Real Beer, Beer that does not require expensive advertising campaigns, Beer with flavour and quality that are good enough to speak for themselves, Beer created with passion and dedication.

How HILLS BEER is done?
The technological process takes AT LEAST 21 DAYS, depending on the type of beer.
The purpose of grinding malts is to create favorable conditions for the process of mashing and obtaining the maximum amount of extract.
At this step the milled malt is mixed with water. The mixture is gradually heated to a certain temperature for which it is at a certain time.
The malt bran of the wort is removed from the filtrate of the porridge.
Wine is boiled - usually lasts for 1 hour. This is the process by which hops are added.
Hops residues and some unnecessary precipitated substances from the wort are separated.
The hot wort is cooled to the required fermentation temperature depending on the type of beer produced, while aerating.
Yeast is added and the fermentation process begins.
Upon completion of the fermentation, wait for a certain time for the beer to be harmonized.
Hills Beer is ready. Cheers!
Once the beer is cooled to 5 °, the pouring is carried out under 45 deg. With 5 cm of foam.
